Slotomania “Amazon Gift Card Sweepstakes” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. OVERVIEW: Slotomania “Amazon Gift Card Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of fifteen (15) separate Daily Drawings (defined in Rule 5 below). Entry into each Daily Drawing is separate. Entry into one Daily Drawing is not entry into any other Daily Drawing.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (except the Province of Québec) who are 21 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (“Entrant(s)”). Employees and the immediate families of Playtika LTD (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, along with the employees, officers, directors, members and agents of such entities, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and all facts at any time, and Entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 07:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on January 29, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your free Slotomania account (“Account”) at slotomania.com (“Website”), or via the free Slotomania mobile game app (the “App”). If you do not already have an Account, follow the instructions at the Website or in the App to create your Account. To enter the Sweepstakes, click on the Sweepstakes registration banner or pop up that appears in the game lobby. Complete the requested information (full name, email address, telephone number) to be entered into the Sweepstakes. IMPORTANT: Playing or logging into the Website or App as a “Guest” will not provide you entry into the Sweepstakes. You must be logged into the Website or App using your Account to enter. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email to create your Account, please contact rickk@playtika.com. Limit of one (1) entry per person/Account per day (as defined below).

Any attempt to enter more than once during the entry period for any Daily Drawing (see Rule 5 below) hour by any means, including, but not limited to, use of multiple identities, email addresses, Accounts, or other means, may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offerings by Sponsor. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address associated with the Account associated with the entry, if applicable. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes entrants must use legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, and not under any pseudonym, alias, or assumed identity. The use of a
pseudonym, alias, or any name other than my legal name shall be grounds for immediate disqualification by Sponsor.

5. WINNER SELECTION / NOTIFICATION: One (1) Daily Drawing (“Daily Drawing”) will be held each day (for a total of fifteen (15) drawings across the entire Sweepstakes Period) from among all eligible entries received during the scheduled daily entry period for the applicable Daily Drawing per the chart below. A day is defined as a calendar day in ET. Entry into each Daily Drawing is separate. Entry into one Daily Drawing is not entry into any other Daily Drawing.

Each Daily Drawing will be conducted by Administrator within approximately 48 hours from the end of the day of the Entry Period for that Daily Drawing. Entrants irrevocably agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Each potential winner will be notified from rickk@playtika.com using the email address associated with their Account. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to respond to any winner notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses not specifically set forth herein. Any winners, as a condition to receiving any prize, may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release or similar document and complete, sign, and submit to Sponsor or Administrator an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent form (for U.S. taxpayers, or a Form W-8BEN for Canadian winners) with all required information within five (5) days of notification to winner of his/her prize eligibility. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

6. PRIZES: There are fifteen (15) prizes available – An Amazon eGift Card valued at USD $1,000.00. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $1,000.00. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: USD $15,000.00.

Amazon is not a sponsor of or in any way affiliated with the Sweepstakes. Amazon.com Gift Cards are subject to all Amazon Gift Card terms and conditions available at Amazon.com. Sponsor not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen and misused gift cards. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs with acceptance or use of any prize. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. ODDS: Odds of winning in each Daily Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Daily Drawing.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor is not responsible for any (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (b) telephone, computer, mobile device, hardware, software, programming or network malfunction or other technical failures or errors, or the failure to properly process entries; (c) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to disruption related to internet traffic, wireless networks, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (d) damage caused by a computer or mobile device related virus or otherwise resulting to any computer or mobile device from such person’s participation in the Sweepstakes whether human, mechanical or electronic. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will post a notice on https://www.slotomania.com and, to the extent possible, winner(s) will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error that were received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Entries that contain errors or are incomplete or received after the Sweepstakes Period, will not be accepted.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, each Entrant releases Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and each entrant agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. By participating, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Nevada, and entrant expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER ASSOCIATES LEGAL COSTS) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

10. DATA: Any information Entrant submits is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/. Entrants acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, subject to applicable law, Sponsor and Administrator may collect and use such personal information provided for the purposes of conducting the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in Sponsor’s referenced privacy policy.

For residents of Canada: Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the
Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.

14. FOR RESIDENTS OF CANADA: Any winner from Canada must answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer skill-testing question correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law.

Personally identifiable information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, as you otherwise expressly consent, or as required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure.
